Aquapoxy is a new generation epoxy floor coating system utilizing recent advances in resin technology to achieve a remarkably durable finish quickly, easily and economically. The zero VOC odorless formula produces a nontoxic finish without polluting the environment or endangering your health. Aquapoxy features W.E.T. Chemistry (Waterborne Epoxy Technology), which allows the coating to breathe, eliminating blisters which lead to cracking and peeling. Intended as an industrial/commercial floor coating, it is well liked by consumers and DIY-er’s for its unusual combination of ease of application and the high level of durability it provides. It provides high adhesion with excellent build, hardness and a high level of chemical resistance. The abrasion and mar resistant finish will not lift to hot tires GUARANTEED for 20 Years. Aquapoxy may be applied as a solid color coat or used with or without aggregates or Super-Fleck chips.

TS-905 Application Instructions 		Aquapoxy is a new generation catalyst-cured epoxy floor finish that produces excellent results without harming you or the environment. And it’s tough! Recently chosen by 7-11 Stores (world’s largest retail chain) for use in all new construction. Utilizes breathable resin technology to produce an exceptionally hard, durable, surface tolerant finish. Adhesion, chemical resistance, hardness and long term durability are all impressive! This unique combination of environmental and performance properties make it a favorite with architects and property managers. Acceptable for use where heavy traffic, corrosive chemicals, impacts and abrasions are present. Grinding or blasting not typically required with the use of TS-695 Etching Cleaner or Muriatic acid. Covers 200-250 square feet per gallon. Apply one or two coats as desired. Two coats recommended in H-D and commercial applications.

TS-920 Application Instructions 		Aquapoxy II is our most technically advanced product. Unique because it includes A resin and B catalyst combined in one container, effectively making it a two-component product in one can. Once applied the molecules cross-link greatly increasing hardness and durability. Utilizes nano-technology producing superior adhesion (micro-ground particles penetrate concrete producing a permanent bond) providing results not commonly associated with water based epoxy finishes. It is low VOC, nontoxic and environmentally friendly. Acceptable for use where there is motorized traffic, chemicals, salt, high impacts and abrasions. It will not lift to hot tires. The finish is breathable making it surface tolerant and easy to apply. Grinding or blasting not typically required with the use of TS-695 Etching Cleaner or muriatic acid. Self priming, may be applied direct to concrete or over any existing coating. 1-COAT COVERAGE: use a ¾ roller cover @ 200 sq ft per gal. 2-COAT COVERAGE: use a 3/8” roller cover @ 300 sq ft per gal. Color is satin, clear is gloss. Apply one coat of color/one coat of clear for a gloss finish.

It shares the same surface tolerant breathable resins as the Aquapoxy finish coating with zero VOC and low odor. Adhesion, chemical resistance, hardness and long term durability are all excellent. Grinding or blasting not typically required on concrete with the use of TS-695 Etching Cleaner or Muriatic acid. Covers up to 200-250 square feet per gallon.
