Super-Fleck Chips (TS-860)
Super-Fleck Chips are machine ground acrylic chips that are
compatible with all paint and coating products. They are UV
resistant, colorfast, non toxic, attractive and economical
to use. While typically used with floor coating products
they are widely used in swimming pools, countertops, shower
stalls, furniture and as decorative element. When used in
flooring applications Super-Fleck Chips produce a
terrazzo-like appearance to the surface enhancing the
appearance and slip resistance adding a measure of safety
where desired.
Now you can personalize your floor with a multitude of
colors and color combinations possible. When used with a
base-coat color you can create your own decorative
appearance and texture. They are widely used on commercial,
industrial and consumer applications including restaurants,
commercial kitchens, garage and basement floors, in
hospitals, laboratories, manufacturing areas, bathrooms and
in retail venues. Super-Fleck Chips are acceptable for use
on most flooring substrates including wood, concrete, tile,
masonry and metal.
Super-Fleck Chips are easy to use, just broadcast them
across the still wet surface of any paint or coating
product, they will adhere creating a permanent bond.
Typically, chips are over-coated with a clear finish product
to seal them in protecting the chips themselves as well as
the base coat color. The result is a seamless floor that is
both decorative and slip resistant. This process is simple
enough so that anyone can do it without special training.
Chips are available in a wide variety of colors and sizes.
Custom colors and color matching services are available by
special order. Available in 1 LB, 3 LB, 10 LB and 55 LB
quantities. Most floor are medium dispersal, with 1 LB
covering about 100 square feet. For full dispersal figure
