Aquapoxy Primer (TS-910)
is a water-based catalyst-cured polyamine epoxy primer for
floors that utilizes the latest in modern coatings
technology to achieve a sound base in preparation for the
application of the top coating system.
The zero VOC formula is eco-friendly producing a nontoxic
finish that is remarkably durable and easy to use. It
produces a sound base, increases build and improves the
performance of epoxy concrete floor coatings.
Aquapoxy Primer is a new generation primer for use with
epoxy garage floor coatings that features specially
formulated components producing higher build, adhesion,
chemical resistance and hardness not commonly
associated with water-based epoxy garage floor coating
systems. It holds up to motorized traffic, harsh chemicals,
spilled fuel, oil and grease. It will not lift to hot tires
and withstands heavy traffic. It self-levels and dries in
only
a few hours.
Acceptable for use in manufacturing, commercial and
industrial areas it should be at the top of your list for
use on your garage or basement floor. Recoat
time is 6-12
hours. Sanding,
grinding or blasting is beneficial
but not required due to it's superior adhesion saving work,
time and money. Available one gallon or four gallon kits.
Practical coverage is 250 square feet per gallon.
Thins and cleans up with water.
POT LIFE:
3-4 hour temp dependant, stir regularly and add water to
extend pot life
