Aquapoxy (TS-905) is
an water-based catalyst-cured polyamine epoxy floor coating that utilizes
the latest in modern coatings technology to achieve a remarkably durable
finish.
The low odor
zero VOC formula is easy to use and produces impressive long lasting results
quickly, easily and economically.
This new generation epoxy floor coating features specially
formulated components that produce excellent build, hardness,
chemical resistance, durability color and gloss retention not
commonly associated with water-based floor coating systems. It self-levels to an ultra smooth high gloss finish. It can be used with or
without aggregates, or use it with Super-Fleck chips to create a
unique decorative non-skid floor. It is self-priming saving work,
time and money.
While Aquapoxy is acceptable for use on concrete floors in
manufacturing, commercial and industrial areas it should be at the
top of your list for use in commercial kitchens, retail spaces,
garage floors and basements where a highly durable finish is
required. Overall durability and chemical resistance is remarkable!
It holds up to motorized traffic, harsh chemicals, spilled fuel, oil
and grease. It will not lift to hot tires and withstands standing
water. An excellent choice for use as a garage floor
coating, patios, steps and porches.
Guaranteed for 20 years when properly applied. Best results will be
obtained when two coats are applied by roller-coat. Aquapoxy may be
brushed, rolled or sprayed. Sanding, grinding or blasting is always
beneficial but not required due to it's superior adhesion
- which save you work, time and money! We recommend using
TS-695 Etching Cleaner or the equivalent in all applications.
Approved for food service applications. Acceptable for
interior and exterior applications. Thins and washes up easily with
water. Dry to the touch in three hours. Acceptable for motorized
traffic in only 48 hours. Available one gallon or four gallon kits.
Sheen is glossy. Practical coverage is approximately 250 square feet per
gallon, depending on temperature, texture and thickness.
POT LIFE:
3-4 hour temp dependant, stir regularly and add water to extend pot
