DESCRIPTION: TS-104 Seal-It! Cleans, etches, seals and densifies concrete, masonry and porous tile in preparation for the application of a top coating or floor coating solution. Oil, grease, dirt, exhaust and chemical stains disappear quickly and completely. TS-104 Seal-It! is an excellent pretreatment solution to be used on concrete floors prior to application of coatings and sealers by permanently sealing out hydrostatic pressure up to 60 PSI. It is recoatable up to three applications.

Intended Use: Cleans, etches, seals and densifies concrete and masonry.

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: Approximately 150-200 square feet per gallon.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Best when used full strength and applied to damp surfaces. Pre-wet concrete before application avoiding standing water. Spray on at a rate of 150—200 square feet per gallon using a mechanical or hand pump sprayer. Do not use in hot direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Before painting concrete: Use to etch concrete floors, walls, walks, patios, steps and swimming pools. Allow surface to dry and cure a minimum of 48 hours before applying finish coatings. Do not apply when the surface temperature is below or going to drop below freezing. Not intended to be applied over painted surfaces or seal visible cracks.
